Account opening procedures

To become a client of KIT Finance Europe, you need to go through our compliance procedure. For this purpose, it is necessary to fill in and give the company the identification formats for legal and / or physical persons, as well as other necessary documents to open an account with KIT Finance Europe. If the client of KIT Finance Europe also wants to use the margin lending service, which is offered by the bank KIT Finance, the client of KIT Finance Europe must open an account at the bank KIT Finance.

Within three days after the completion of the compliance procedure of the client a company representative will tell you about the possibility of opening an account.

Following the signing of a full set of documents a company representative will give you the software and keys for access to trading servers.

Documents for opening an account in KIT Finance Europe for legal entities

1. The constituent documents (constitution, memorandum, etc.) registered with the changes and additions *
2. Registration documents *
3. Documents confirming the appointment of the persons entitled to act without a power of attorney *
4. Licenses, subject to availability *
5. Notarized power of attorney to the proxies, if any *
6. If there is a foreign entity representation in the territory of Estonia if it is involved in getting the investment services of the Investment Association, the documents confirming the existence of such a representation *
7. Documents confirming the ownership structure of the legal person, which must also include the personal details of beneficiaries *
* — Copies certified by the manager of the joint-stock company, receiving documents, provided that the original documents, or when it is not possible to provide the originals, notarized copies.
8. Those who have the right to act without a power of attorney must submit: copies of passports, completed and signed formats of identification of an individual. Non-residents must submit a document confirming their place of residence.
9. The beneficiary with shares in the authorized capital of more then 25% must submit: copies of passports, completed and signed formats of identification of an individual, completed and signed Declaration of origin of investment property. Non-residents must submit a document confirming their place of residence.
10. The trustees must submit: copies of passports, completed and signed formats of identification of an individual. Non-residents must submit a document confirming their place of residence.
11. ID format for a legal entity with the signature and official seal of the company.

Documents must be provided in either Estonian, Russian or English. In the event that they are in a different language, the documents translated into Estonian, Russian or English with affixing the Apostille or legalization of the consulate, and the translation must be certified by a notary, unless otherwise stipulated by international agreement between Estonia and the country of incorporation / Customer Citizenship.

Documents for opening an account in the KIT Finance Europe Cyprus Branch for legal entities

Documents must be provided in Russian or in English. In the event that it is in a different language, the documents are made available in Russian or in English translation with apostille or legalization of affixing the consulate, and the translation must be certified by a notary, unless otherwise stipulated by international agreement between the Cyprus Republic and the country of incorporation / Customer Citizenship.

Documents for opening an account in the KIT Finance Europe and KIT Finance Europe Cyprus Branch for individuals

1. Copy of passport
2. The completed and signed identification format of an individual
3. Completed and signed Declaration of origin of investment property
4. Non-residents must submit a document confirming their place of residence
5. Notarized power of attorney to the proxies, if any
6. The trustees must submit: copies of passports, completed and signed identification formats of an individual. Non-residents must submit a document confirming their place of residence.

Documents for opening an account with a bank KIT Finance

Statutes and the decision to establish a client (if any);

Certificate of registration of a legal entity;

Decisions and orders on the appointment of a sole executive body (or other person entitled to the first signature)

Certificate of assigning the code to a foreign organization (if any), the notarial copy.

We accept apostille copies of the documents translated into Russian language and certified by a notary

Bank card. It can be verified as follows:

Authorized Representative of the Bank.

It head of the Customer is in Russia — a Russian notary, including in the appointment of the representative of the Client.

In the absence of the representative of the Customer in Russia — the card can be notarized in the territory of another State, or employee of the Bank (with the customer).

Documents prepared outside the Russian Federation shall be adopted only with the true marks of consular legalization certification or approved with an apostille, if exemption from these procedures are not provided for by international agreements of Russian Federation, together with a certified — notarially or consulate abroad — translation into Russian.

To open a credit limit, the customer further provides:

Legal person provides a copy of audited financial statements for the last reporting period.

A natural person provides a copy of tax declaration or a copy of statement of earnings over the past year.
