We would like to inform you that from June 16, 2009 the RTS Futures and Options Exchange introduces new tariff «transaction fee». This fee will affect only those accounts, where the number of transactions exceeds 2000 for the trading day, ie from 18:00 to 17:45. You can view the new edition of the RTS Stock Exchange Tariff (FORTS) by visiting http://www.rts.ru/s186.
The formula for the calculation of the «transaction fee»:
BSTr = (Number of transactions — Exchange fee/0.05 ()) * 0.1 RUB.
The collection of the fee will start at 18:00 on 16 June.

Determination of the transaction is contained in the rules of the commission term deals: http://fs.rts.ru/files/2892. Transaction — is placing an order, deleting the order and moving the order. Delete all is considered as the sum of the transactions.
